Three-dimensional printers are one of the rapidly developing technologies in recent years. These printers are a technology that allows the production of three-dimensional objects by depositing materials layer by layer using digital designs. Commonly used materials include thermoplastics such as Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, Polylactic Acid, Nylon, Polycarbonate, and Polyethylene Terephthalate. It also has different production technologies such as Fused Deposition Modeling, Stereolithography, Selective Laser Sintering. This technology; It is used in a wide range of fields including industrial design and production, health, education, engineering, architecture, art, food, aviation and space. In this study, a three-dimensional printer was used for industrial design for the malfunctions of devices used in the health field. As a result of the breakage of the gear in the tilt motor of the effort tester in the hospital cardiology service, the ramp operation stopped. The design, production and static analysis of the broken gear were carried out quickly.
