The main vascular disorders of the liver include: hepatic infarction, hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm, Budd-Chiari syndrome, and acute portal vein thrombosis. Early and accurate diagnosis is crucial for referring these mostly young patients to the most effective treatment options. The importance of CT angiography in the early diagnosis of these conditions is well-established: a precise technical-methodological approach, along with the use of multiplanar reconstructions (MPR) and volumetric reconstructions, is essential.
