Logistics Scheduling Rules Verification and Application of Parallel Worktables in High-Speed Train Bogie Welding Flexible Production Line
摘要
Aiming at the problem of the imbalance of logistics distribution between parallel worktables on the welding flexible line of high-speed train bogies, which would lead to production site congestion or downtime for materials, this paper designed four different logistics scheduling rules based on the production line logistics scheduling method, and used the discrete-event simulation system to verify and compare all these four various scheduling rules. Finally, the efficiency of on-site logistics execution was enhanced through the system development and deployment.
