The study aims to examine the impact of corporate governance on competitiveness in small and medium enterprises in Bahrain. The study used a questionnaire to collect the date from 185 small and medium enterprises in Bahrain. The study result revealed that the corporate governance has a significant influence on organization competitiveness. It recommended that small and medium enterprises in Bahrain should focus on enhancing their corporate governance and leverage their corporate governance as a strategic asset to enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.
