The study explores the importance of applying and using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on present administrative legal acts. AI development has recently accelerated, making AI use indispensable, especially in decision-making, due to its role in motivating administrative activities. Unfortunately, many legal problems emerged. What are the legal implications of using artificial intelligence in administrative decision? The study's significance lies in shedding light on the aspects related to smart decisions. The study was divided into two topics: the elements and defects, and finally the effects. A descriptive analytical approach was used to discuss and analyze the jurisprudential opinions to clarify the problem statement. The foremost findings of the studies were that the traditional administrative rules could be applied to the matrix counterpart. The study recommended enacting integrated rules to regulate AI and electronic government issues incorporated into administrative matrix decisions.
