It is common to view the ease of access to information in today’s technological world as a great asset. But this gives room for a bunch of false content to circulate very quickly, hence compromising the situation. The study aims to investigate what systems based on the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model of deep learning can be employed for fake news detection. It accomplished impressive results in carrying out detection since it had a wide array of real and fake news for training our system. Our system helps us to identify the relevant content and relevant sourcing from false representation of information. Also, it improved the performance of the process for detecting disinformation by combining better models with optimally prepared data. The study shows that the LSTM model is more effective than other methods in terms of accuracy and time required for attainment. This paper adds that disinformation issues require the use of modern Deep Learning (DL) models for effective solutions.

摘要
