Nowadays, the most reasons that’s leads to Global threat as cybercriminals employ is Cybercrime which has rapidly become as an advanced technology for more complex attacks. This article explores the essential role of digital forensics in tackling the challenges presented by electronic evidence, specifically examining modern encounters and future initiatives in this field. As substantial influences appear, speedy technological advancements and their effects are recognized, involving well-known encryption and IoT devices that obscure forensic investigations. In the event that digital data is evolving in cloud environments, additional challenges arise that require improved tools and methodologies to be effective in analysis. Additional obstacles may arise as Legal and ethical issues related to cross-border jurisdiction matters and data privacy when obtaining digital evidence for court proceedings. This article highlights the lack of qualified forensic professionals, highlighting the need for continuing education and training programs tailored to this profession. This article indicates that emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and blockchain could have an impact on forensic resources. Thus, Standardization efforts, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuing education programs for forensic computing experts have also been recognized as essential parts of maintaining forensic computing as an operational way to combat cybercrime in an increasingly complicated digital environment.
