This study endeavors to explore the pivotal role of social networks in shaping the cultural identity of university students within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Employing a random sample of Bahraini university youth, the research utilizes the snowball sampling method, culminating in a participant count of 388 individuals. The methodology is anchored in a descriptive survey approach, with data meticulously gathered through a structured questionnaire. The results of this inquiry yield several salient findings. Foremost among these is the revelation of a statistically significant correlation between the intensity of social media engagement among university students in Bahrain and the formation of their identity in relation to customs and traditions. Additionally, a partial yet statistically significant correlation is identified between the extent of social media use and the development of identity concerning literature and the arts. However, the study finds no statistically significant relationship between social media usage and the construction of a national historical identity among the university youth of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
