Investigating the Impact of Applied Orientation Training in Foreign Language Schools on Instructors’ Job Performance
摘要
Universities, being independent establishments, comprise a variety of departments and faculties that necessitate effective orientation programs for assisting new staff for smooth integration. This research investigates the impact of orientation training programs on the job performance of English instructors at foreign language schools. Through the examination of a subset of instructors, the study uncovers a statistically noteworthy connection between orientation training and job performance, as evaluated using an Employee Performance Evaluation Scale. The findings demonstrate a positive correlation between orientation training and both the overall performance and specific performance aspects of instructors. These outcomes imply that well-organized orientation programs contribute to improved job performance, highlighting the significance of ongoing training and adjustment endeavours within academic institutions.
