IT Project Managers and Their Utilization of ML/DL Frameworks: An Expert Survey of Evidence
摘要
In recent times, there's a rise in integration of Machine learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) technologies in project management. However, there's a necessity to know the extent of utilization and the proficiency levels of IT project managers in employing ML/DL frameworks. Research lacks comprehensive evidence on the adoption and proficiency of IT project managers in using ML/DL frameworks, particularly from the developing country context. This study investigates the employment and proficiency levels of IT project managers with ML/DL frameworks. This current study seeks to spot the frequency and duration of usage, furthermore because of the level of proficiency among IT project managers. The research involves an expert survey to assemble data from IT project managers in Ghana. The survey includes questions associated with the participants' experience, frequency of usage, years of using ML/DL frameworks, and their proficiency levels. A quantitative chemical analysis of the survey’s responses are going to be wont to determine the distribution of utilization and proficiency levels among IT project managers. During this study, valuable insights into the present state of ML/DL framework utilization among IT project managers, particularly from the developing country perspective is presented. The findings of this research sheds light on the adoption and proficiency levels of IT project managers in employing ML/DL frameworks, thereby informing future research and industry practices. The study further offer recommendations for enhancing the mixing of ML/DL frameworks in IT project management and for improving the proficiency of IT project managers in utilizing these technologies.
