This study aims to design a support framework for ankle and foot injuries to speed up the recovery and improve the injured person's movability. The design has considered audience requirements like: Size and Dimensions, Materials to be used, Expected Features, Performance Metrics, and Aesthetic Considerations. Based on these requirements, the system design was constructed and its performance was evaluated. The assessment process for the developed design was conducted from two points of view: operational stress analysis and cost-effectiveness to ensure its mechanical stability and affordability. Based on the two aspects, the design can be successfully implemented by using a CNC machine or any other suitable manufacturing process.
