In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, organizations face challenges to improve employee performance while implementing sustainable human resource management practices. This study aims to determine the effect of sustainable human resource management on employee performance by considering the mediating role of employee well-being and moderating organizational culture and technology use. The research method used is a mix methods approach, with a systematic literature review as a qualitative method that summarizes findings from 21 relevant articles. Quantitative methods are used to analyze the causal relationship between variables with a population of 200 employees from the service industry sector, using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through an online survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that sustainable human resource management has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with employee well-being as a mediating variable. In addition, organizational culture and technology use also moderate the relationship. This study shows that sustainable HR practices are essential to improve employee performance and the need for companies to strengthen organizational culture and technology adoption.
