Nowadays, diabetes is one of the major diseases caused by many people all around the world. Since it is a lifetime harmed disease, it is crucial to control diabetes daily by following diet and exercise recommendations. As technology is growing rapidly, various wireless networking and big data technologies are playing a crucial role in building diabetes monitoring systems and applications. Based on our research, this paper divides diabetes into two categories: diabetes 1.0 and diabetes 2.0. Thus, we aim to design a sustainable, cost-effective, and intelligence diabetes diagnosis system followed by diabetes-controlling methods such as diet recommendation and exercise recommendation. We are using today’s 5G technology to monitor the condition of diabetic patients at a low cost. Since many people are suffering from diabetes, it is better to have an application which can predict whether they are suffering from diabetes or not and also as well as recommend a better diet and can predict whether they are suffering from diabetes or not and also as well as recommend them a better diet and exercise recommendation to control the diabetes without requiring the hospitalization frequently.
