Bridging Ethics and Code: A PBL Framework for Digital Citizenship in CS

As technology increasingly permeates society, integrating digital citizenship concepts into computer science (CS) education has become crucial. This paper presents a novel framework that seamlessly merges digital citizenship principles with project-based learning (PBL) in CS curricula.
