Innovations in Biomedical Engineering and Surgical Techniques for Improved Outcomes in Young Patients with Floating Hips: A Multidisciplinary Approach
摘要
Reconstructing acetabular fractures in young patients poses significant orthopedic challenges, particularly regarding implant longevity and functional outcomes. This chapter explores state-of-the-art innovations in biomedical engineering and surgical techniques aimed at enhancing patient outcomes. Leveraging advanced computer-aided design tools such as ANSYS and SolidWorks, in conjunction with 3D printing and finite element analysis, this paper investigates the impact of personalized implants, biomechanical simulations, and robotic-assisted surgery. Comparative studies demonstrate notable enhancements in implant durability, joint stability, and postoperative recovery, particularly among young, physically active patients. Furthermore, the interdisciplinary approach outlined in this study offers an adequate proposal for optimizing the clinical management of complex orthopedic cases in young patients.
