The anti-algorithmic behavior of platform workers is affected by perceived controlled by the algorithm (after PCA), meanwhile, PCA can be influenced by platform workers’ psychological factors. However, there is a gap in how PCA effect on the behavior of platform workers. This research selected Take-out Delivery Rider as the subject, and conducted by questionnaires and constructed structural equation model, then empirically tested that there is an impact mechanism of PCA on anti-algorithmic behavior of platform workers. The results of this research showed that: the anti-algorithmic behavior can be positively influenced by PCA; The sense of relief plays as a mediating role between PCA and anti-algorithmic behavior, conversely, psychological empowerment (PE) is ineffective in mediating the two factors. Based on the findings of empirical tests in this research, the results contributed to the extending of research in PCA and anti-algorithmic behavior in some extent, enriched the research literature in algorithmic management field, and provided a reference for online employment platforms in preventing anti-algorithmic behavior of platform workers.

摘要
