Diversity and Conflict: Conceptualisation, Theories and Resonance in the Nigerian Context
摘要
This chapter deals with conceptualisation and theories of conflicts and diversity management and how it resonates with the Nigerian situation. It explores evolution and identity theories of diversity, Marx’s theory of conflicts, and how Max Weber responds to Marx’s conflict Theory by considering organisational structure and management. Relating this to Nigeria, I argue for inclusion and equality as a way of ethno-religious management.
