For some strange and enigmatic reasons, many people overlook dental health, which is concerning! When it comes to oral cavity infections, people tend to close their eyes even though they would never forget any infection in any other part of their body! There is no question since research shows that dental and medical disorders are tightly related. However, a lot of people around the world also disregard the need for regular dental care, which is something they should take very seriously. This study addresses the concerns of dental patients about the high cost of oral health examinations in Western nations while contrasting those costs with that of South Asian countries, such as Bangladesh and India, while outlining the potential for dental tourism in South Asian nations side by side. The prospects and issues of dental care in both Western and Eastern countries—such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, and India—have been examined, along with a comparison of the costs of various dental procedures. The paper concludes by highlighting South Asia as a potential destination for dental tourism.
