This paper discusses how AI is getting mixed into HR processes, affecting how things are done from hiring to training employees; the main point is to show how AI is turning HR inside out and hinting at how it’s going to do more of that in the future. Further it dives into several specific areas, such as how companies are now using AI to find, hire people and make training more tailored to each employee. Further predict how well employees are going to do well and come up with ways to keep them invested in their work. Through a comprehensive analysis of facilitators and obstacles in the adoption of AI in HR ecosystems, this article sheds light on the evolving dynamics of HR practices and offers a glimpse into the unexploited potential.
