In the era of digitalization, technology is transforming the relationship between workers and machines and reshaping how work is organized, with new skills becoming increasingly relevant in the workplace. This study aims to assess the impact of machine learning on human resource practices. To achieve this, the study used the PRISMA framework to conduct a comprehensive search for machine learning and human resource management-related keywords, gathering meaningful insights from various publications. The findings underscore the growing importance of foresight in human resources and the need for dynamic capabilities to adapt to technological changes. This study provides a roadmap for academics and practitioners, highlighting key areas for further research and stressing the need to integrate machine learning into HR practices to guide future trends and maintain a strategic advantage.
