Introduction
摘要
This introduction aims to present the concept of crisis and how it will be addressed in the remainder of the chapters: not only as a potential threat to organisations but also as an opportunity to be proactively harnessed to modernise business strategies. Indeed, effective and timely management of a crisis can foster faster recovery and stimulate innovation. This perspective represents the framework adopted in the following chapters. The importance of delving into this phenomenon lies in the increasing variety of crises that characterise today’s constantly changing and highly dynamic competitive landscape. This context requires organisations to be able to learn from mistakes to maintain their competitiveness.
