摘要

This paper focuses on the complex interplay between personal privacy, technological monitoring, and government response in a healthcare scenario. A patient’s journey illustrates the dynamic relationship between these elements and reveals significant insights into how privacy concerns can shape public satisfaction and governmental actions. This is analysed computationally using a designed adaptive network model.
