In this chapter, the most impressive incidents related to hydrogen embrittlement or hydrogen release are reviewed. Danger and risks of hydrogen are described. The differences with other traditional fuels and energy vectors are shown. Finally, many famous incidents are described with the details of provided damages and some indications about the learned lessons.
