The evaluators themselves are finally approached with a critical analysis of how their expert knowledge is produced. Critiques can be located at the level of the discoursediscourse’s inconsistencies, in the persuasive powers of evaluators as discourse bearers or in a prospective view that deconstructs sustainability and questions the very concept of development.
