Adaptation of Professional Industrial Sites to the New Economic Conditions of Digitalization
摘要
The authors show that the growth in the number of industrial parks in Russia has slowed down. The authors point out the need for industrial parks to move from extensive growth to intensive growth. For this purpose, an important condition is the introduction of AI technologies. The authors note that projects are becoming more sustainable and efficient due to digitalization. The authors point out that the prospects for the growth of industrial parks are associated primarily with Russian investments, the growing role of private business, government support, the process of import substitution, and the reorientation of the Russian economy to the East. The research examines how structural changes in the economy affected the state of industrial parks. Introducing AI technologies will ensure the country’s GDP growth by 1% by 2025. The growth rate of new industrial parks fell to 5%, less than the annual average of 19%. The increase in Russian investments (136 billion rubles) exceeded foreign investments ten times (13 billion rubles) and amounted to 811–845 billion rubles. Supply chains changed significantly. Thus, residents of industrial parks are moving production to the south and east. In industrial parks with large raw material bases, logistics, and supply are being restructured, manifested in the effective operation of territorial development instruments and the application of federal benefits.
