This is a case of a patients with T4N0 sinonasal malignant melanoma who had received two cycles of ipilimumab and nivolumab who subsequently developed inflammatory arthritis of bilateral knees related to ICI treatment. This patient received corticosteroids and sulfasalazine with no response, but achieved complete remission on tocilizumab. This therapeutic effect sustained over 2 years despite patient resumed nivolumab monotherapy for cancer recurrence while receiving tocilizumab as concurrent treatment.
