We describe a case of a patient with esophageal adenocarcinoma who received radiation and immunotherapy with imaging suggestive of undiagnosed interstitial lung disease (ILD). In addition, patient also recieved oxaliplatin which may case pneumonitis or lung injury as well. This chapter discusses the evidence for use of immunotherapy in patients with interstitial lung abnormalities (ILA) and ILD.
