Rapid Resolution of Refractory Immunotherapy-Related Transient Acantholytic Dermatosis with Dupilumab
摘要
This case demonstrates a patient with metastatic renal cell carcinoma who developed a severe, pruritic rash diagnosed as transient acantholytic dermatosis (TAD) following immunotherapy. Despite several unsuccessful treatments, dupilumab therapy provided substantial relief, resulting in complete resolution of the TAD symptoms and has sustained effect even after resuming immunotherapy for his cancer.
