Uveitis Post Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Therapy
摘要
This was a case with anaplastic thyroid carcinoma being treated with dabrafenib, trametinib, and pembrolizumab leading to bilateral anterior uveitis, optic neuritis and central serous retinopathy after 2 months. Patient improved with intravenous steroid and withholding pembrolizumab, topical difluprednate, and topical atropine, with vision returned to baseline post treatment. The decision was made not to rechallenge with pembrolizumab. Patient is still undergoing cancer treatment with marked clinical and radiographic improvement showing resolution of metastatic pulmonary disease and near resolution of lower neck disease at 1 month follow up post uveitis.
