This is a case with a challenging disease course of multiple relapses of acute tubulointerstitial nephritis. even after more than 6 months of ICI exposure. The patient was effectively managed with TNF-alpha blockade for over 6 months period with limited steroid exposure resulting in a maintained complete remission of her renal disease now 3 years later. In addition, she had a complete tumor response to her cancer therapy.
