This is a case with a history of clear cell carcinoma treated with nephrectomy and combination ICI with ipilimumab and nivolumab, who developed CTCAE grade 4 IMH after his second cycle of ICI. He received a short course of prednisolone but showed evidence of steroid resistance and steroid induced hyperglycemia. He achieved steroid-free biochemical remission after TCZ.
