We presented a case of imDC who failed to respond clinically, biochemically, and immunohistochemically to corticosteroids, infliximab, and vedolizumab with sustainable effect. A trial of tofacitinib, a pan-JAK inhibitor, led to rapid clinical, biochemical, and immunohistochemical control of imDC. Tofacitinib treatment was continued indefinitely at a reduced dose given the chronic colitis evolution radiologically.
