We described two cases of acute cholecystitis complicated with bacteremia and abscess post immune checkpoint inhibitors. All the alternative etiologies have been excluded for the cholecystitis. Both cases responded to antibiotic treatment in combination with percutaneous cholecystostomy. The role of surgery and steroid for post immunotherapy cholecystitis remains to be investigated.
