摘要

The article proposes a way of designing an educational environment that harmoniously combines thinking, emotional and behavioral spheres as a basis for the development of resilient competence in future teachers of vocational training. Resilient competence is considered as an integrated personality quality, the components of which are motivational-value, cognitive-active and adaptive-personal components. The functionality of the innovative educational environment creates conditions for the development of components of resilient competence in future teachers of vocational training due to the activation of educational activities, the introduction of innovative technologies and the provision of constant support for students. The design of the educational environment was carried out on the example of the professional training of vocational training teachers of the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (Kharkiv, Ukraine) in the process of studying the discipline “Health Pedagogy”. The proposed approach allows students to develop the ability to adapt to stressful situations, adequately respond to difficulties and solve complex psychological problems of wartime due to the influence of the created environment on the thinking, emotional and behavioral spheres. This will allow future specialists to achieve their goals in the most difficult circumstances, including military operations in Ukraine.
