The main span of the Ba Qiu Tian vehicular overpass is 34m, and it is the first UHPC box arch bridge in China. Research has been conducted on various aspects, including design, construction, monitoring, to address challenges related to the full precast assembly of UHPC arches, localization of UHPC raw materials, on-site UHPC preparation and quality control, assembly, and disassembly of inner and outer formwork for arch ribs, joint matching of arch rib segments, precise lifting of arch ribs, and assessment of the structural behavior of the arch bridge. Through model testing, load testing, and health monitoring of the bridge, the results show that the overall performance of the bridge is good, and UHPC has a good application prospects in arch bridge.
