Group Size and Social Composition
摘要
Goitered gazelles are characterized by small groups (2-3 individuals) and many solitary gazelles. Solitary females are found during birthing time and several weeks of nursing, although the rest of the year the females stay in groups. Unlike females, solitary males can be seen in any season, but there are especially many of them during the autumn rut and partly during the spring peak of sexual activity. Goitered gazelles form largest groups and clusters during spring and autumn migrations.
