Social enterprises are able to create and, importantly, co-create value for current and potential stakeholders, particularly the community they serve. The success of the enterprise’s social mission significantly depends on the effectiveness of the shared responsibility of all stakeholders for the co-creation of added value. The latter may be achieved through an integral process including the evaluation of business models, environmental analysis, stakeholder management, social responsibility, and sustainable decision-making.
