The problem of time is associated with my discussion with an American anthropologist T. Rees’ searching for time as such. I begin with picking up changeChange as a basic element of movementMovement. Then I take this element not only to be manipulated in representationRepresentation but also to be a symptom of time. A human action as a sort of eventEvent is viewed as implying the changeChange in question. I then author claim that time may be grasped as changesChange—vide the triad—one confronted with another. A chain of changesChange is viewed with regard to the end or its absence implied by particular representationsRepresentation. These changesChange presuppose that a human being does not behave chaotically; the being orders the being’s actions with respect to propositional attitudesAttitudes which are viewed with respect to cognitive acts and cognitive results, where the latter complement one another.
