We discuss a version of the z-model of microtubules with the possibility for large oscillations of the molecules which form the protophilaments of the tubule. The obtained model equation is solved by means of the version SEsM(1,1) of the Simple Equations Method. In this text, we focus on the application of the methodology for solving the model equation. We study waves obtained by means of a linear simple equation. The connection of the parameters of the waves to the parameters of the microtubules are also discussed.

摘要
