The research summarizes contemporary views on psychological resilience in the works of Russian and foreign researchers within the context of studying Russian society and the overall digitalization of the modern generation. Additionally, the authors identify risks associated with increasing cybersocialization and the threats this trend poses to the psychological resilience of today’s youth. The authors analyzed the existing models of psychological resilience to various phenomena, including the influence of AI, in foreign and domestic psychology. The research concludes with the justification for developing a model of psychological resilience that considers age-specific characteristics in the digital age and cyber socialization. Key principles of social life organization are highlighted when determining aspects of AI humanization. An integrative model of psychological resilience for young people against destructive factors in the digital and offline environments is proposed, encompassing personal-meaningful, attributive-behavioral, and functional-adaptive constructs. The process of developing these constructs of psychological resilience is presented as a unity of diagnostic-analytical, corrective-developmental, and socio-adaptive stages. The authors argue that it is possible to use AI to achieve and maintain psychological well-being and self-actualization at a sufficient level of psychological resilience. In this case, AI becomes a tool for understanding the surrounding world and organizing life activities, which serves as a condition for humanizing AI.

摘要
