Enterprise Engineering is an emerging discipline that takes an engineering perspective on enterprises. It aims to address the problems in organisations that cannot be solved by the traditional organisational sciences. Organisational changes are conceived as situations of (re)design and (re)implementation. The conceptual pillars of Enterprise Engineering are the notions of Enterprise Ontology, Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Governance. By applying them, three goals are, respectively, attained: intellectual manageability, organisational concinnity and social devotion.

摘要

Enterprise Engineering is an emerging discipline that takes an engineering perspective on enterprises. It aims to address the problems in organisations that cannot be solved by the traditional organisational sciences. Organisational changes are conceived as situations of (re)design and (re)implementation.
