Discourse Theory and Landscape Research
摘要
The poststructuralist, discourse-theoretical approach to landscape sheds light on processes of power consolidation—in the form of hegemonic discourses—and on shifts and upheavals in such processes. Following Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe, the chapter introduces the field of discourse-theoretical landscape research, outlines its potential, and exemplifies its empirical applications and connections with other constructivist perspectives.
