Lyceum Theatre Company: Letter from Sir H. Irving
摘要
With regard to the discussion which had taken place, added Mr. Bram Stoker, some of the gentlemen present had spoken of Sir Henry Irving in a manner not fair, and they did so in ignorance of his position with regard to the Company. He wished to state that Sir Henry had no more to do with the promotion of the Company than any other Shareholder. Certain gentlemen approached Sir Henry, and asked him to sell the property. They offered to form a Company.
