Map Production
摘要
The previous part of the book (Chaps. 13 – 20 ) dealt with the encoding of cartographic elements and their assembly into maps from a conceptual perspective. The next step is to convert the corresponding designs into output products—either as printed or as screen maps. While the printed map is static and not interactive, the screen map can, if necessary, also include interactive elements (e.g., for zooming) or dynamic elements (e.g., animations).
