This chapter demonstrates the evaluation of orbital tumors through clinical examination and orbital imaging and reviews the clinical presentation and management of different orbital lesions. The orbital tumors are classified in this chapter according to their clinical and imaging findings to help the clinician set a comprehensive preliminary diagnosis and a treatment plan. The orbital tumors herein are categorized into lacrimal gland lesions, circumscribed orbital lesions, diffuse orbital lesions, orbital cysts, optic nerve tumors, pediatric orbital lesions, and tumors of the orbital bones. This chapter discusses the multidisciplinary management of various orbital tumors, including the different surgical approaches, the applications of radiotherapy, the rising role of medical therapy, and sclerotherapy of some vascular lesions.
