This chapter demonstrates the various treatment methods used in ocular oncology. It describes the principles and indications of the different surgical approaches, including the multiple techniques of extraocular and intraocular tumor biopsy, enucleation, and exenteration. The principles and application of physical energy treatments are described. These include radiotherapy using brachytherapy and teletherapy methods, laser treatment, and cryotherapy. Systemic and regional medical therapeutic agents include cytotoxic agents, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy drugs; their applications for ophthalmic tumors and their local and systemic adverse effects are described.
