The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the factors affecting labor productivity in major repairs in the Arctic zone. The study considers a set of interrelated factors including both objective (climatic conditions, complex logistics, underdeveloped infrastructure, quality of materials and equipment) and subjective (personnel qualifications, working conditions, coordination and planning). In the course of the study, the expert method with factor coding was applied to identify the most significant factor. Consistency of expert opinions was calculated, which is close to one and significance of expert opinion, which showed that the opinions of experts are consistent and significant. The most significant factors that will require minimal costs in implementation and significantly increase productivity in the shortest possible time are: coordination and planning of work in the organization, qualification of personnel. The results of the study indicate the introduction of lean production technology using the following methods: optimization of technologies and methods of work production, identification of time losses during overhaul, determination of their sources, introduction of parallelism of work and connection of separate technological operations.

摘要
