The article examines the factors of the implementation of low-rise housing construction projects in the conditions of the modern economic space of Russia. The aim is to improve and develop theoretical and methodological solutions for the development of new methods and tools for managing construction and development activities in the context of modern digitalization of society. The current state of construction and development activities in Russia is in a turbulent situation, which is due to various factor manifestations and circumstances emerging in the conditions of the modern economic space. Within the framework of the study, instrumental and methodological elements of low-rise housing construction management have been developed, including a matrix of management mechanisms for optimizing costs in low-rise construction and a management model for low-rise housing construction in the conditions of modern economic space. The proposed tools will help ensure the smooth operation of business entities involved in construction and development during periods of high competition. They will also create the necessary conditions for achieving efficiency and effectiveness in business activities and promoting low-rise housing development.
