Based on UTAUT Model Analyzes the Influencing Factors of Willingness to Use Public Library Digital Resources
摘要
With the popularization of the Internet and the development of information technology, the construction of digital libraries is becoming more and more mature, and public libraries are rich in digital resources, which can provide readers with rich resources to meet their needs for learning and work. However, readers’ willingness to use digital resources is influenced by many factors. Based on the UTAUT model, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the willingness to use public library digital resources, conducts in-depth interviews with librarians and readers through the interview method, determines the influencing factors and constructs a model of the willingness to use public library digital resources, and uses the network to distribute questionnaires and collect 153 valid questionnaires in the empirical analysis, and analyzes the results by using SPSS to validate theoretical models and research hypotheses. It is concluded that Performance Expectation (PE), Effort Expectation (EE), Social Influence (SI) and Facilitating Conditions (FC) are all related to the willingness to use public library digital resources. Then, corresponding improvement measures are proposed, so as to better promote the use of digital resources in public libraries and promote the innovative development of librarianship.
