This is the key chapter of this book. Here, we describe analytically the stationary distributions of weak turbulence. In Sects. 3.1–3.4 we obtain the universal Kolmogorov–Zakharov (KZ) spectra in the inertial interval as exact solutions of the kinetic equations. That will be done for scale-invariant isotropic and anisotropic media and for nearly scale-invariant systems.
